人工材料國際中心

團隊負責人:牛曉濱 教授 博導

團隊成員:王麗平副教授、李含冬副教授、姬海寧副教授、王建偉特聘副研究員

人工材料國際中心專注于應用基礎研究,涵蓋了物理、化學以及光電子器件等方向。研究工作的核心是低維度材料的控制生長、物性表征、多尺度計算模擬及其在能源轉換、量子器件、光電探測領域的應用。包括二維材料異質結、超晶格的生長和表面與界面物理性質、二次電池電極材料、光電催化材料、磁性納米顆粒的合成及應用等。開發新的可控薄膜及納米結構生長技術以及新概念光電、能源功能器件是本團隊的重點研究方向。團隊包括多名國字號人才和高層次海外專家,團隊國際化程度高,所有人員都有海外工作經歷,與海外多個課題組有著長期廣泛的合作關系,有多名研究生派往國外進行聯合培養。

牛曉濱教授、博導,科技部重點研發計劃課題負責人,電子科技大學量子研究中心副主任。中國科學技術大學物理學士、碩士,加州大學洛杉磯分校材料科學博士?,F任《半導體學報》副主編,中國電子學會半導體科技青年專委會委員。 主要從事應用基礎研究,涵蓋了物理、化學以及光電子器件等方向,研究工作的核心是半導體和金屬材料的納米微尺度結構的生長和性質理論研究及多尺度計算模擬;低維度材料的控制生長、物性表征;低維材料在能源轉換、量子信息器件、光電探測領域的應用等。取得了系列創新性研究成果。在Physics Review Letters、Nano Letters、Carbon等國際物理、材料學權威學術期刊上發表論文40余篇,獲授權美國專利一項。

 

王麗平:博士,副教授,2016年入選四川省青年特聘專家。研究方向二次電池。對鋰離子/鉀離子電池的正極材料、負極材料的晶體結構與電化學性能關聯有較系統的研究。與合作者在Energy Storage Materials、Journal of the American Chemical Society、Nature Communications、ACS Nano、Nano Letters、Chemistry of Materials、Journal of Materials Chemistry A 等學術期刊共發表SCI 論文62篇,其中第一作者和通訊作者共27篇(ESI高被引論文1篇,單篇最高被引用約200次)。論文被引用1500余次,H因子23,主持項目5項,申請專利7項,在國內國際會議上做學術報告7次。


李含冬:博士,副教授,主要從事利用分子束外延(MBE)與掃描隧道顯微鏡(STM)技術進行材料科學以及凝聚態物理相關基礎及應用的研究?,F為IEEE會員(Member),Appl. Phys. Lett.J. Appl. Phys.等應用物理類國際主流期刊審稿人,曾任EMN系列會議大會秘書及分會主席,2016年受邀擔任International Journal of Nanotechnology客座編輯,2014年起擔任國家自然科學基金項目評議人,多次獲聘四川省重大高科技項目建設評議人。發表SCI論文40余篇,引用次數700余次,其中第一作者論文最高他引140余次,影響因子(h-index16。另主編英文專著2部,授權國際國內發明專利10余項(含美國發明專利1項)。

 

姬海寧:博士,副教授,先后參加了科技部重點研發計劃課題2018YFA0306100,總裝預研項目41312040509、51312030403513070603305,國防預研基金項目J09DZ0235 、514070202,四川省科技攻關項目2006Z02-032,主持了電子科技大學青年基金項目L08010301JX0616、中央高?;痦椖?span lang="EN-US">ZYGX2011J027、國家自然科學基金項目51302030。于20121月至20135月在美國阿肯色大學從事博士后研究。在《Nanomaterials》、《Journal of Magnetism and Magnetic Materials》、《IEEE Transactions on Magnetics》、《IEEE Transactions on Applied Superconductivity》等期刊發表研究論文50余篇,申請專利10余項,獲國防科技發明二等獎1項、四川省科技進步二等獎1項、四川省科技進步三等獎1項。

 

王建偉:博士,特聘副研究員。20188月加入到電子科技大學材料與能源學院。作為負責人主持了國家自然基金青年項目(No.61604140)、國防科工局科學挑戰專題(No.TZ2016003-1-1)等項目,作為主研人員參與美國Army Research Office MURI Program、 國家重點研發計劃等項目,已經在Phys. Rev. B 、Appl. Phys. Lett.、Sci. Rep.、New J. Phys.、J. Appl. Phys.、Comput. Mater. Sci.、Crystals、Superlattices Microstruct.、Phys. Lett. A 等期刊發表學術論文20余篇,擔任 2D Materials, Appl. Phys. Lett., Nanotechnology, J. Phys.: Conden. Mater, J. Phys. D: Appl.Phys.等國際期刊審稿人。


研究方向

1、低維材料:針對量子材料、能源材料與光電材料的多尺度理論模擬研究,包括分子動力學生長模擬、第一性原理計算、量子輸運研究。此外,還包括上述低維功能材料的實驗制備及表征。

2、新能源材料的設計以及合成: 包括鋰離子電池、鉀離子電池電極材料、復合金屬鋰負極;全固態鋰電池;固態離子學。

3、凝聚態物理相關基礎及應用研究:主要利用分子束外延(MBE)與掃描隧道顯微鏡(STM)技術進行光-電及光-熱轉換、量子材料與量子結構、表面科學與外延生長研究。

4、磁性材料的設計及合成:鐵氧體軟磁材料塊材、薄膜、粉體的合成及其磁性能、磁熱效應、輻射效應研究。

5、材料特性的理論模擬與預測:利用密度泛函理論、分子動力學等計算方法,模擬半導體缺陷和雜質的物理效應,探索范德瓦爾斯異質結構的新奇物理特性,催化的微觀機理等。
